About
A creative soul, I love to combine two of my passions; art and baking in Emoticakes. My mom was Italian and that meant we always had fresh baked goods in our house. During childhood, I used my Easy-bake oven to bake for my parents. In my teen years, of course I practiced baking in my parents’ kitchen.
When my kids were young, I created Emoticakes! The timing was perfect, as my husband and I were slowly becoming fitness enthusiasts. Emoticakes gives me an opportunity to bake for other people’s celebrations without tempting baked goods on my own counter.
I run Emoticakes part-time from my commercial kitchen over my garage. Emoticakes offers custom baked cakes, cupcakes, cookies and more in the Ithaca and Trumansburg, NY area. You can catch me during the day teaching 7th grade math in Trumansburg.
